A valued workforce
Nunawading Christian College recognises that its most significant resource is its workforce. With a combination of full time and part time staff totaling around 185, it is imperative that all staff have the space and support required to perform at their best. The new Administration building provides workspaces for senior leadership and support staff (bursar, enrolment officer, counsellor, chaplain) alongside meeting rooms, lounge space, resource and amenities.
Staff development
As an educational institution, Nunawading Christian College is dedicated to the ongoing professional development of its staff. Professional development opportunities ensure staff learn, develop and prosper in their roles. The new facilities provide spaces for both formal and informal gatherings of staff. Additionally, there is a balance of small, private spaces and larger areas for collaboration.
