The needs of the De La Salle Brothers at the Mentone Campus of St. Bede’s College have evolved out of the shortfalls of the existing accommodation and a reduction in the number of Brothers requiring accommodation. Working on a tight budget, we resolved the project through a renovation comprising partial demolition and rebuilding of the existing Brothers Residence. The new Residence contains 16 ensuite bedrooms, a communal kitchen and dining area, chapel, family room and library to accommodate 12 Brothers.
